Well, Budisua only allows its syllables to be CV, and the consonant I've deemed most likely to be used as a filler consonant when transliterating is [ʎ]. Along with bilabial and labiodental fricatives and approximants, rhotic consonants become [ⱱ]. The process in my mind is like: all other rhotic consonants :> [ɾ] :> [ⱱ]. [æ] is used as a sort of default vowel when transliterating into its syllabic structure, much like Japanese typically uses its -u kana in transliterations, such as bakku, which would be the English word 'back'. When encountering consonant clusters or affricates, Budisua likes to separate the component consonants into separate syllables. Also, it actually has no plosives. Their place in the language is filled in by the click-implosive allophony. Thus, [t] becomes [ǀ] intervocalically. If it were word-initial it would become [ɗ ̪]. There are no non-lateral fricatives.
