Re: Lexicon Building
Kuroras: tòra. Possibly monomorphemic all the way back to proto-Human, but I can say that it is cognate to a word for a skirt worn by women, the commonality being that they both "bloom" out at you from a relatively small starting point. And both tend to be colorful. Actually, this word means "flowering plant" technically, while the word for the bloom of a flower is si, which derives ultimately from proto-Human nihì. But this latter word is not normally used by itself because one-syllable nouns in general cause problems for comprehension in this language.

Tarandim distinguishes the following for 'to move, to push, to pull'Soap wrote: New word: to move by pushing with the end of a stick (this language has a two syllable word for it)
fano is to move (push or pull) an object with an instrument < proto-Tarandic *hwau, 'branch' + *nwow, 'to push'
deno is to push by hand ('give-push')
'to pull' is pimno from the same root + pim, 'to get'.
For large objects, one has to use: bazér, 'to move, to push', vubazér, 'to pull'. < proto-Tarandic *batser, 'to move' and *wruy, 'prop, support'.
OK, I missed my turn
Backlog would be mutettançe: 'backlog, reserve', from tettam, 'to supply (military)' < proto-Tarandic *tretram +mu, 'after, behind'
next word: exile.

sohuatt (n) misfortune, bad luck {so-, prefix meaning opposition, negative, being against}
(v) to be disfavoured; to be unlucky, to be unfortunate; to be omitted (to omit: iorh)
In case you care, iorh as a noun means hole or anus. As a verb it also means 'to leave room for' or 'to save someone a seat'. Not entirely sure how awkward that makes things
