Yucopia Project (Massive, Collaborative, and Recruiting New)
Re: Yucopia Project (Massive, Collaborative, and Recruiting
I'll claim Absolem's old southern territory. It offers me a little flexiblity, because of it's size and climate.

Sorta tempted just to claim the rest of the desert/steppe on that continent. What animals do I have on that continent, by the way? I mean, do I have horses and therefore am I able to make them like Mongolians?

Horses are native to northern Keskus (the big central continent)... though you could create a horse-like animal. (There are at least 2 other horse like animals, both also native to Keskus) I don't know just what is available on that continent, though... Maybe it's similar to North America?

I was going to go for that if in doubt, but I'm not really sure what's native to North America, having never been there and all. All I have to go on are films.Lyhoko Leaci wrote:Horses are native to northern Keskus (the big central continent)... though you could create a horse-like animal. I was having reindeer, elk, and some kind of wild sheep in the north of there - mostly cloven-hoofed mammals like that.
I am going to have to pull out, because I have been much slower with this than I expected, and I won't have any time this semester to catch up. Maybe someone would like to enslave my people, or decimate them in a war - it'd make a good story. To recap, they are still Stone Age technology-wise; in the north they follow reindeer, and in the forests they are semi-settled hunter-gatherers. Should be easy targets.

There's something wrong with that article. If it keeps on italicizing/bolding random text, just go to the editor and get rid of it.
I haven't had any problems editing the source directly though, maybe you should try that.
