finlay wrote:You've used the same colour as the background on every note, though. I think the 10 and the 500 are worse for it. You could have it a lighter or darker shade of the same colour, perhaps, but I'd maybe give it a bold outline. The only reason to have a massive numeral is to cater for people with sight issues, anyway, so if you've got numerals that are then difficult to read for some people you're failing in that regard. (I'm also talking about every note here, just in case you missed that...)
The problem with the big numbers is that they look different depending on how you look at them. It's a anti-counterfeit measure, but I can't reproduce it properly. It's about how light affects the big numbers: sometimes you see them with the color of the banknote, sometimes you see them with another color, the one you can see in the upper-right number in the reverse of every note. So, for example, the big number in the 10 banknote can be seen with shades of yellow and shades of blue. That only works for the big numbers, not the "ARAS" letters attached to the right, which are always the color they show.
They're quite nice, though, and I like them.. The only other thing I'd say is that many of the designs don't seem to be "well-integrated" with the design in some ways, like it's obvious you've just copy-pasted them over the rest of the banknotes, and it might work better if the cross-hatching patterns extended over them, if that makes sense.
Here I don't understand what you mean with designs and design; does the plural mean the geometric-pattern designs and the singular the figures? :?:

FWIW, Izambri, your notes are amazing and well done. I couldn't do anything like them without many years practice at it. My criticism earlier was merely the only point I could critique them on (as it's a bit of a major bugbear for me).

Nah, you don't need years of practice; it's all about patience. I spent like a month to do all the notes. On the other hand, PaintNET is an excellent and easy-to-use tool.

I understand, and color blindness / color perception is a thing I bore in mind when I designed the notes but, to be honest, some of the anti-counterfeit features were hard to reproduce, like the color change in big numbers (maybe I should use the complement colors on them, to stress that changing feature) or the iridescent designs, which finally I could do quite easily. On the other hand, I noticed that colors appear darker in some screens while in others appear brighter, as in mine, and that has to do with the final result too.

Do the colors illustrate the new flag it would have if merged?

It's the united Korea flag seen here. It keeps the taeguk but not the trigrams. The blue stripe represents the history of North and South Korea, the red the struggle for independence, and the white peace. I think it's a rather well-designed flag and I hope it would get chosen should a unified Korea come about in my lifetime.

Took the words right out of my mouth. It somehow manages to look like the least appetizing cake I can possibly imagine.

Chocolate with vanilla cupcakes.

And seriously, maybe it's just you all aren't used to fondant. It's just melted marshmallows and sugar, you can eat it or peal it off. Underneath is buttercream frosting which glues on the fondant. The numbers are rice-crispy treats covered in frosting and fondant. And it looks bumpy because numbers are fucking hard to cover in fondant.

Chocolate cake is good.

But I hate icing and anything rice-crisp-ish, so overall it's still an evil monster cake to me.

Chocolate cake: Yes
Vanilla cake: Yes
Marshmallows: No
Buttercream frosting: No
Rice-crispy treats: No (Though rice crispies as just a cereal are good.)

The "It looks like a mutated evil monster cake" doesn't help matters, either.

"Yes" votes are subject to details of the item in question.

Actually, the cake looks to me like the set to an adaptation of a Dr. Seuss book.
