No, fi glos yu af mac di langwic geda di glos. So yu swel af af layn fi co dem mohfim de langwic.
No, when glossing you have to match the language with the gloss. So you need to have dashes in the language as well to show the morphemes.

(Personally, I just refer to Wikipedia's glossing abbreviation list and use those, along with a small few extra abbreviations not included on that page, in tandem with this forum's built-in glossing tag, seen in the formatting
(As you saw above, the tag spaces the bits out and matches the bits on the first line [contained between the opening and closing tags] with their corresponding translation/part of speech on the second line [contained within the opening "g" tag itself]. Not everyone uses it, but it's a nifty little tool. As far as I can tell, glossing doesn't really have an official standard [except for the one demanded by whatever school you go to ] as long as you make it clear what you're trying to convey.)

Aren't you supposed to add a different line with that, under the original text? (I might be mistaken though).

True, especially here, but the "official" Leipzig glossing rules are those that I wrote.
EDIT: Note that "a dem a dem" is not a typo: the gloss is PROG 3P FOC 3P.

As long as you're matching one gloss to one word, you are using leipzig rules. Just make sure to connect grammatical parts of the same word with a dot or dash. The one unclear thing there is that you're using a pipe to separate parts of the sentence - I know this is kind of a standard practice, but it looks too much like a capital i and that's confusing in English so I'd avoid it.
Also, quit using colours unless you're talking "in character" - that's the whole point of using colours.

You should. You definitely don't want jet lag*.

Sometimes not sleeping is better than sleeping, if you don't want to have jet lag. And yes, finaly will go by plain, as he'll travel from Japan to England, if I'm recalling correctly.
That's right (almost - Scotland), although right now i'm at Schiphol. And tired because it's now 3am Japan time, but going west is always easier than going east, jet-lag-wise.
