Arve is pretty much the least concise message, mostly since it requires auxiliaries and isn't pro-drop, and will add unstressed filler words to keep the stress pattern. Miar, however, is even more concise than Kannow (which requires about 2/3 the space of English, generally) because... well, I'm not really sure, I guess the affixes are shorter or something.
